Update on life

Big update... I guess that's what happens when you get lazy and don't put up regular random blogs.

Basically went to my friends engagement party, youth pioneer trek, temple visit, and then a lot of gaming.

Still lazy as always

While I haven't really done much as of late, I've at least added a few more quick reviews, one which is old now being Dark Mist, but two more recent games from the Playstation Network, Battle Tanks and Smash Cars.

Hope to have some more soon such as Batman Arkham Asylum, when I've received my copy, and probably other random things.

PlayStation 3-D

Image playing your favourite games with full 3D depth perception like you see in the 3D movies. Well, imagine no more; Sony is aiming to make this a feature in their Playstation 3.

Basically, Sony is planning on releasing a 3D Bravia TV to play games with 3D depth. Hopefully down the track, it will become a function in the Playstation 3 to automatically do this for all games without the need for the 3D TV, allowing you to play your games on any TV.

I am super excited about the latter part as all I'll need is a pair of 3D glasses without having to buy anything new, like the prior method.

For tips on making your own 3D glasses, check out the tutorial; not by me.

To take the depth of 3D vision to the test, WipEout HD has a special mode where you can throw on your 3D glasses and enjoy 3D HD.

Just for a bit of fun; Grand Turismo 5 has head tracking where by using the PlayStation Eye, it will track the movement of your head so in-game, you will look left, right, forward, back, accordingly.

This will also be a feature and function to come also; I can't wait.

Also, a couple more reviews: Spider-Man 3 and The Darkness.

Young Men Choir

E-mail Print PDF

Well, yesterday Sunday, we sang the Hymn which we had practiced for a few weeks during our Young Men activities for Sacrament at Church and it turned out okay I guess.

We sang Hymn 19, We Thank Thee, O God, for a Prophet.

We sang parts for the first two verses where I was a tweeter, and harmony on the final verse.

A couple of mistakes during the singing at the start but we finished as we should; goes to show how much practice we needed.

We will be doing more singing during sacrament every now and then as part of Duty to God and who knows, we may even have our own recording one day. HA
