Let's go around in a circle; so I guess we will start with mine.

I couldn't think of what to paint so I decided to paint what I saw, which was Trung in front of me. And thus while I saw would be painted, I'd also see my own painting, so my painting consists of the canvas, duplicate, of what I saw in actuality.
Next is Leverage.

Leverage started off wanting to write an M, but did an A, and decided to scrap it all and out came his result. During the explanation of our paintings, he stated how it represented his life and the darkness and the confusion, the bad things, and the hard life he's had. Black being the darkness, purple being the mix of hardships in the one tornado.
The explanation was the fun bit because whether he meant it or not is one story, but the way he came up with it on the spot, from painting in the beginning, till the end of his explanation; very creative indeed.
Trung is just after Leverage.

He wanted to paint me so there I am on a sunny day with clear blue sky. Though I do think he wanted to make fun of me also.
Legrand is next.

His painting represents a tree where one side is dead, the other side is life. He is the apple in the middle, having to make the decision; one outcome good, the other bad. His example was going to bed, bad, or going out, good.
And then we have Tony.

Tony didn't know what he wanted to paint also, so he decided to paint the Australian flag. I think he got the red and white mixed around though, but it is definitely a great attempt. Australia, representing freedom, is a big step from where he came from, Vietnam, and this shows the joy he has for the privilage of living in Australia.
And last but not least, our bishop Jeff.

The surprise was he finished within the first 10 or 20 minutes or so, and still being one of the best out of all of us. It shows an Aussie house in the middle of the outback with the Tree of Life next to it. I commented how the outback has no grass and he replied that it was agricultured and the Tree of Life provides that area with life.
