Thursday was more involved as we travelled up to Otway Fly and 12 Apostles.
We had a pitstop for lunch, which had some nice views.
Yes, I'm fascinated by different patterns.
Otway Fly was a forest where apparently prehistoric dinosaurs had once roamed. There was one section which had human sized model dinosaurs for show.
As you reach the end of the forest, you find the entrance to a walking beam 25m high so you'd be walking along midpoint of the trees. At the turning point before coming back, there was also a viewing point 45m in the air, close to the top of the trees. The viewing point also swayed a little, which was apparently part of the experience.
We were the last ones to leave and it was 5:30pm just as we were finished and heading back; which was also closing time for the forest. We got a lift back from one of the employees who were checking the forest for anyone who was still walking along the forest.
