On the final day, we visited the Lornes Waterfall before returning back to Melbourne.

Along the way, we stopped at a random coastal beach to relax and get a few pictures. Elison found a baby crab and because all it's legs and claws were missing except one of each, we teased Elison for bullying the crab and ripping off its limbs, whether he did or not.

On our way through to the waterfall, the entrance in had a very steep hill downwards. This was when I recalled and mentioned that on Burwood Highway, there was an uphill which my car struggles to get up, and now with passengers, and luggage, I wonder if my car will even make it back up this hill. Everyone had a few frights and doubts, but we decided to go down either way.

Amazingly, my car went up the hill without any problems at all... Stupid Burwood Highway...

So we started walking down to the waterfall and followed the stream through.

There was a sign which warned only for intermediate rock climbers to climb only, to which we ignored and climbed.

Which was worth it as we got a great view.

This short vacational road trip was great fun and very relaxing, even though it consisted of long drives.

The air was extremely good and very cool, which we loved on the way home after all these hot days.

I have goals to go again and visit other locations I missed, but to also visit other waterfalls in Victoria.
